We are Curious AI Media ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Ontario, Canada, located at 6931 Dorchester Road, Niagara Falls.
We operate the website https://curiousaimedia.com (the "Site"), the mobile application Lead connector (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

It is your responsibility as a business to provide your clients with a satisfactory experience and to maintain a positive reputation for your business, your employees, team members, work ethics, quality so on and so forth! Curious AI Media only provides an opportunity to correct any wrong doing from your business that may or may not change your clients review choice, We does not block or gate negative reviews whatsoever period.
2. Intellectual Property Rights Our Intellectual Property
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").
Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in Canada and around the world.
The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services "AS IS" for your internal business purposes only.

4. User Registration
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Purchases and Payment

If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services.
6. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, province, postal code, telephone number, and a valid payment method

(e.g., credit card or another acceptable payment method). By submitting such payment information, you authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment methods.
If automatic billing fails to occur for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Setup fees are not refundable after you have your account set up and we have provided you with your log in credentials.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
Except as required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds for any fees or charges, including partially used periods or Subscription fees.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
Engage in unauthorized framing or linking to the Services. Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Services. Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages. Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which we are based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or other damages arising from your use of the Services.
12. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Services, you agree to first contact us to attempt resolution. If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.
13. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time or for any reason without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
14. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Curiousaimedia.com carries a 100% 30-Day satisfaction guarantee. The user can request a full refund within 30 days of the first subscription payment for any reason or no reason. After the 30 days has passed, refunds will be prorated based on the length of time since the last payment made and no more than 1 month's payments will be refunded.
CuriousAiMedia.com does not allow free "transfer of accounts" between Any Agencies. This is because CuriousAiMedia.com accounts contain proprietary IP and frameworks within them. All of the copy, images, web page layouts, etc. have been created by CuriousAIMedia.com and will stay with CuriousAIMedia.com. Of course users will be able to download their contacts & data in the event of a migration, but "transferring the sub-account" will not occur unless the "Transfer Fee" is paid. The transfer fee is equal to Five-Thousand ($5,000) CAD. If the account user wants to transfer the account, this fee must be paid in full before the transfer can occur.
16. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Services, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SERVICES. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.
If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, simply reply to the text with "STOP.” You may receive an SMS message confirming your opt out.
Please be aware that message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. The rates are determined by your carrier and the specifics of your mobile plan.
